Free & Easy Return for Store Credit or Exchanges + Package Protection

I do like that you get a little extra in store credit, above the value of what you returned. Using the credit was easy once I asked how to do it. I still would prefer a completely free return like those offered by other beauty suppliers, as I may not need that store credit.

In the past, I have tried and been disappointed by many mascara brands - not to mention the horrifying ingredients in the mascara. This is why I am amazed annd extremely pleased with this Gentle Barely There mascara. No running, no caking, no flaking, no globs. Very light and comfortable. Nice feature is that it is buildable - No more tarantula spider eyes. Fairly easy to remove without much effort. Try it you will not be disappointed!

I rarely bother with returns or exchanges (had to exchange a concealer shade) I was expecting a bit of a headache but they made it easy and simple enough to figure out and all I had to do was print the label and drop it off. Absolutely worth it, the new one shipped to me very quickly!

I love your products, but as expensive as they are, I shouldn’t have to pay extra to be able to return (within 30 days) if it’s not the right product or have the protection that most other online retailers include. You don’t have samples of all of your products (at least not that I’ve found) so the only way to know is to order full size. Feels like nickel-and-diming me on top of paying a high price for the products.
